Loch Lomond Villas person-centred approach means providing individualized care for all residents and applying the highest standards of care to everything we do. We are focus on the elements of care and support that matter most to residents and their families.
Loch Lomond Villas Planetree Person-Centered Care Designation represents the highest level of achievement in patient-centered care based on evidence and standards. The program provides a structured, operational framework for evaluating the organizational systems and processes necessary to sustain organizational culture change. Through a set of experience-based and evidence-based criteria, the program converts the aspirational aim of becoming more patient-centered into something that is defined, attainable and measurable.
Loch Lomond Villa is the only site in New Brunswick, one of five in Canada, and the largest continuing care organization in the world to achieve Planetree Designation.
"Planetree is a belief system that starts from the inside and radiates outward, to the benefit of all. It makes us who we are, touching all areas of life at the Villa, including the work environment, operations, leadership, expertise, innovation, and services." -Cindy Donovan, CEO
